The quotes, commentary, daily words, "one gentle thing" (including guidance on acupressure points, breathing, and gestures), and readings of your tendencies shown in the App are general content intended for comfort and reflection, and are not medical, psychological, health, or any other professional diagnosis or advice. If you have any concern about your health or need treatment, please consult a physician or other qualified professional. Please try acupressure, breathing, and the like only within a comfortable range, never forcing yourself.
Rights to the App itself and to creative works such as the commentary, daily words, and design belong to the provider or the rightful rights holders. The quotes included are classics, proverbs, and well-known words long handed down by humankind. You may use wallpaper images created in the App for personal purposes.
You must not engage in conduct that violates laws, copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the App, or interfere with its operation.
The App is provided "as is." The provider does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the App's content, and, to the extent permitted by law, bears no responsibility for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
These Terms may be revised as needed. If you use the App after a revision, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
